Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Hours per week: Full Time (37.5 hours) or Part Time (a minimum of 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days)
Based in our Edinburgh office, with the option of hybrid working, an opportunity has arisen for a capable and organised administrator to join our team to support the smooth running of the HR function.
As our HR administrator, you'll support the two HR Business Partners in delivering all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will be responsible for completing the associated HR administration, including tasks relating to payroll, recruitment, training, absence and holidays. You'll also assist with projects that form part of our People Strategy in making Rettie a great place to work and be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the project activity.
