Job description
The Key Responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective internal recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing requirements and long-term objectives.
- Internal Mobility Programs: Design and manage internal mobility programs to facilitate career development opportunities for existing employees and promote talent retention.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of internal talent by proactively identifying high-potential employees, conducting talent assessments, and implementing succession planning initiatives.
- Employee Referral Programs: Implement and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal referrals and leverage existing employee networks for talent acquisition.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal recruitment efforts, track recruitment metrics, and generate regular reports for management review.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to understand departmental staffing needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure a collaborative approach to talent management.
- Employer Branding Initiatives: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top internal talent.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, adhere to compliance requirements, and promote best practices in recruitment and talent management.
