Job description
Rapidly growing Top 20 accountancy firm has recently established a National OMB advisory team based in Lancashire (junction 27 M6). As part of the development of this offering they seek a qualified tax professional at manager or senior manager/associate director level. You will provide tax advice to teams around the country, helping clients with a diverse range of tax problems including:
• Tax structuring of businesses.
• Transaction Tax.
• Capital Taxes.
• Advice on moving businesses to the next generation of family.
• Share schemes.
• Demergers.
This role would suit a qualified tax professional (ACA, ICAS, CTA or former Inspector) who genuinely enjoys providing wide ranging tax advice. This role can be worked flexibly – ideally with some travel to Lancashire. The business is growing at a phenomenal rate and there is plenty of scope for promotion.
