Job description
This function ensures that the Trust can operate as an independent organisation, supporting the delivery of the Trust's vision for the children, young people and families of Bradford. It also brings together key functions that can facilitate change and improvement across the Trust including communications, compliance and the Project Management Office team.
The responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to the following:
- Develop the Trust's digital marketing and communication channels, holding responsibility for the content plan, working to deliver and feeding recommendations into communication and content strategy.
- Content creation and promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other channels to increase reach and engagement with the public.
- Create engaging, user-centric content that is considered and appropriate within this setting, enabling access to service and clear signposting to other support to manage demand.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content.
- Ensure content and designs meet web accessibility standards and government guidelines.
- Continuously analyse user feedback, metrics, and analytics to improve content.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with all colleagues, stakeholders and with end users
- Write, coordinate, proofread and publish content for the website and intranet
- Monitor web and social media analytics data to track user engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise content performance.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging for consistent representation of our organisation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, web design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our digital offerings.
