We are seeking a professional and experienced Private Housekeeper to provide exceptional service to a busy CEO and her husband in their London residence.
The ideal candidate will be discreet, organised, and possess excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. They will have a proactive approach to their duties, ensuring the smooth running of the household whilst respecting the privacy and preferences of the employers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Privacy and Discretion:
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the employers at all times.
- Only engage with the employers when necessary or when requested.
Daily Duties:
- Collect and organise incoming mail.
- Maintain inventory and re-stock household supplies, beauty products, and supplements as needed.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including washing dishes, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying living spaces.
- Prepare breakfast and other light meals as required.
- Launder and iron clothing and linens.
- Ensure personal belongings are prepared for the employers' daily activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the residence.
Specialised Tasks:
- Handle delicate and high-end surfaces and materials with care.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for household maintenance and emergencies.
- Arrange for fresh flowers weekly and handle floral arrangements.
- Assist with meal preparation, including soups, steaks, and other requested items.
- Manage orders for household supplies and groceries.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Personal Assistant and Driver to ensure seamless operations daily.
- Maintain lists for packing and supplements.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks weekly.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks such as rebooting AV equipment and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Possess basic sewing and handwashing skills.
- Maintain a good memory to track items taken on holiday and brought back.
- Coordinate appointments for AC and lift maintenance.
- Liaise with Gardeners and maintenance of the property throughout the year.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role for private individuals.
- Familiarity with high-end surfaces and delicate items.
- Ability to handle household appliances and AV equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on the employers' schedules.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm (Family are away approx 4-6 months of the year)
