Job description

We are partnering with a global freight forwarder who are seeking a Customs Analyst to join their expanding team based in Basildon.

This role will be based onsite in their clients office, handling the process of customs sanctions imposed on Russia.

Purpose:

• Registering customs documentation via email and on company’s internal system
• Processing customs data in the Customs systems
• Communicating with Supply Chain providers
• Ensure all queries and concerns are dealt with effectively
• Work alongside the operations team
• Ensure all customs procedures managed by the team are documented

Who we are looking for:

• Experience using Customs Systems such as Destin8 and CNS
• Experience working within Imports, Exports, Freight and Logistics
• Operational background
• Must be an expereinced user of Excel.
