Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for Year 4 students.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies to inspire a love of learning and curiosity in the classroom.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports the well-being of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and a commitment to innovative teaching practices.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
