Room Leader ~ Up to £32,000 ~ Brentford, Middlesex, TW8

Are you looking for a new Nursery Room Leader role? We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated individual to take advantage of this challenging and exciting opportunity!

Job Title: Nursery Room Leader

Location : Brentford, Middlesex, TW8

Days/Hours: Full Time 40 Hours / Monday-Friday

Salary : £29,000 – £32,000 gross per annum (Depending on experience/qualifications)

Nursery Room Leader Requirements:

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS
• Good understanding of Planning, observation and Assessment
• A firm understanding of children’s development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
• You understand the importance of supporting children’s transitions
• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• The importance of supporting your team’s personal and professional development
• The need to help children respect people of different race, ability, gender, religion and culture
• The importance of procedures to follow regarding Safeguarding children
