Graduate Solution Architect– Lincoln (LN6)
Our Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS) is made up of 60+ electronic warfare specialists. From all manner of backgrounds, our engineers, scientists and ex-military personnel combine their experience to help our customers achieve the true operational potential, and ultimately help keep their people and platforms safe.
This is your opportunity to play a valued part in supporting technical projects and bids across the EWOS division. These will range from multi-million-pound contracts to internal research and development, with a focus on cutting-edge technology. While working with our in-house professionals, you will gain technical skills and experience that will help you throughout your career.
Reporting to one of our Senior Solution Architects, this team predominantly work out of our modern offices in North Hykeham, and when project classifications allow, they accommodate a mix of office and home working. Giving you the best of both worlds: flexibility and collaboration.

We’re expecting that this may well be your first engineering role, however as a starting point, we'd like to see a degree qualification in a STEM subject.
It would be ideal if you have an understanding of the concepts surrounding systems engineering and the engineering delivery lifecycle, from requirements through to design, implementation, testing and acceptance of integrated systems.
