Our client is a well-established firm of Solicitors looking for someone to work part-time in their accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including:

• Inputting BACS/CHAPS payments
• Checking completion statements
• Entering data onto systems and posting
• Closing down client files and all associated processes
• Printing cheques
• Banking
• Allocating incoming funds
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with online bills and posting on to systems
• Dealing with all Legal aid and all associated administration

The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 21 hours per week over 3 days, with one of these days ideally being a Monday. Any previous experience undertaking accounts within the legal sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.
