Job description

Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;
Providing support and guidance on quality and improvement activities

Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;
Supporting the Eurovia and Ringway businesses in delivering and developing their quality and improvement activities. They will provide training, coaching and support for these 2 areas

Formal qualifications required;
A Business Improvement qualification such as Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement/EFQM or equivalent or a willingness to undertake formal training

Skills required;
O365 and MS Office tools including SharePoint, Visio (can be developed during role) and Excel

Experience required;
Business Improvement or work related to the Eurovia and Ringway businesses

Knowledge;
Business Improvement or work related to the Eurovia and Ringway businesses

Personal qualities;
Positive and enthusiastic
Able to engage with different levels and types of individuals in different environments from 1 to 1, formal meetings, to workshops.
Flexible in terms of working arrangements to fit around business needs
Be willing to undertake formal training, development and coaching to master the necessary technical and leadership skills
