Regulatory Reporting Change Manager

- Lead and manage regulatory reporting change initiatives and projects (MUST have BAU Regulatory Reporting rulebook - Basel III, CRD IV, Corep, full Cr2 suite) and what it takes to challenge/change that within a smaller subsidiary
- Ensure the company's adherence to regulatory reporting standards
- Assist in the development of regulatory reporting procedures and policies
- Ownership of how to recognise revenue, RWA ladders, cashflow, info capture, assessment - to thereafter implement
- Provide expert advice on regulatory changes within the financial services industry
- Drive continuous improvement in the regulatory reporting process
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
