Description: Part Time Dentist required for 2 - 4 days per week, in a mixed practice in Oban, Scotland
• £10,000 JOINING BONUS
• £15,000 towards Masters Degree
• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Courses Supported
• 50% negotiable
• 3 Surgeries
• 3 Clinicians on site
• Sponsorship, VT, VTE and Relocation expenses considered

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
