Your new role
- Undertake predominantly non-contentious work related to restructuring and insolvency.
- Collaborate with our corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country.
- Provide advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and individuals.
- Represent insolvency practitioners.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Transactional Experience: Proven ability to handle transactional work as the day-to-day fee earner.
- Technical Strength: Solid understanding of restructuring and insolvency law.
- Business Development: Willingness to participate in marketing activities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Client-Centric Approach: Understand clients' environments and deliver practical advice.
- Time Management: Juggle multiple matters effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues in line with our firm's values.
