Job description
- Lead, develop and implement the reward strategy.
- Develop strategies and initiatives that enhance employee rewards and recognition.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure competitiveness of the rewards packages.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for budgeting and planning.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on reward strategies.
- Ensure legal compliance in all reward-related practices.
- Conduct regular bench marking exercises and prepare reports.
- Manage and mentor a team.
