Description: Part-time or Full-time Associate required for 2-5 days per week (Flexible) in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Wirral, Merseyside
•             NEW PRIVATE PATIENTS
•             Up to £15 per UDA
•             Negotiable UDA target
•             High Demand for private treatments
•             EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME - Principal happy to convert NHS to private and plan patients
•             Established patient list to inherit
•             50% split on PVT Income & Lab bills
•             Practice offers Denplan
•             3 Associates and 1 Therapist on-site
•             Practicing principal on-site
•             3 surgery practice with SOE software
•             iTero Scanner
•             Digital x-rays
•             Rotary Endo
•             Qualified nurse support
•             Longstanding support team
•             FREE parking on-site and on-street
•             Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
