Job description
Working for an international company in High Wycombe, you will join a small team reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for the administration function of the business.
Salary £30,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Monday to Friday 35 hours a week 9am – 5pm, office based.
Duties:
- Managing the administration of the office including one direct report.
- Maintain and ensure systems are compliant as well as Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
- Maintain and co-ordinate schedule of internal and external audits working through resultant actions with the team
- Managing the processing of orders, which includes preparing all documentation, Sales Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Invoices, etc on SAGE.
- Corresponding with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders
- Keeping track of the status of all orders
- Managing Logistics: obtaining quotes and arranging delivery of ordered goods.
- Inputting of data and preparing reports on SAGE
- Filing and updating records.
- Preparing and updating all relevant schedules and databases
- Assist Technical Manager with customer information requests.
Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent communication and proven customer service skills
- Working knowledge of ISO9001
- Working knowledge Microsoft 365 applications – Excel, Word, Outlook essential
- Well organised and capable of working on multiple activities concurrently.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and quick to learn
- Knowledge of Sage would be desirable
- A Logistics background would be desirable
