-Track Renewal and Maintenance Services, Planned and Reactive Maintenance

The Role:
- Support the Project Manager by assisting with maintaining regular contact with client project managers, understanding client's requirements and implementing any necessary arrangements for delivery.
- Attend client planning and review meetings as required on behalf of the project manager
- Assist with the compilation of CDM paperwork produced.
- With the project manager, undertake regular reviews of all planned works, undertaking a full readiness review of all aspects of the job and address any Issues that arise.
- Ensure both the Pre-Planning and Delivery aspects of all project works are completed to a high standard, which is fully complaint and within a safe and professional manner.
- All projects are delivered efficiently, maximizing profitability where possible.
- Maintain strong connections with HSQE operations staff invite new initiatives in to the delivery of planned works.
- Ensure all CCS processes and policies are being adhered too.
- Actively engage in problem solving
- Maintain good relations with Clients and their representatives at all times.
- Any other duties as requested by line manager
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- specific DC E&P experience (third & forth rail power systems, substation systems)
- PTS
- Experience in Project Management and ETE & ETM delivery.
- Good organisational skills
- Good experience in CDM Regulations
- Understanding business contract requirements
- Ability to maintain a professional image at all times when representing the company
- Strong team player
- Experience of interface projects including Civils, Pway, and signalling
Qualifications and Certifications
- NEBOSH general certificate
- Experience with compilation of CDM documentation
- Knowledge of Network Rail Standards
