Account Manager Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
This role will oversee a client contract across Yorkshire to provide exceptional Foodservice solutions to our clients that exceeds customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. You will be expected to ensure all sites are meeting KPIs agreed with the client, develop and lead a large team with 12 direct reports within this contract to continue to build high performing teams and build a succession plan. Your focus will be to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers at all times. You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure contract is compliant and run commercially
- Adherence to all client and company Policies
- Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
- Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
- Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI’s, identify and help develop continuous improvements
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Training and development of all employees
- Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies
- Attend and present at regular client meetings
- Lead on monthly business review stakeholder meetings
- Drive each site to deliver meaningful feedback using the DWMYS platform – target 10% site population monthly
About You - 2+ years experience at a senior management level, leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results, working within brand guidelines to deliver results in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Proven ability to effectively build relationships and influence both internally and externally at a senior level
- Able to quickly build credibility with key stakeholders, specifically site clients
- Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements
- Excellent management skills
- Works well under pressure to deliver results
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Have a proven track record of delivering client / customer satisfaction through their teams
- Clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
