Graduate Teaching Assistant/ Cover Supervisor - Full Time / Part Time - Swindon

We have a range of schools who work closely with Academics to take on a number of enthusiastic graduates into these SEN Teaching Assistant positions on a 1:1 or small group basis. A Teaching Assistant’s Responsibilities Include

• To provide continued support for the teacher

• To carry out one to one and/or small group work with students

• Providing tuition and booster sessions with pupils working at a lower ability or on the Special Educational Needs register

• Reading sessions and providing numeracy and literacy support Successful Candidates Will Have

• Enhanced DBS (we can support you with your application)

• Experience of working with SEN children within the mainstream setting of KS3 - 4

• Strong Behaviour Management Strategies

• A positive and inclusive attitude
