Job description
We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join the team across the Lewisham/Bromley area.
You will work alongside the service manager to help lead and manage the service across locations in the Bromley/Lewisham community which provides support to adults living with autism, behavior's that challenges and learning disabilities. Needs across the services are individual but these services support both male and female adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical health needs. In this role you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching, and leadership by example. Acting as a role model you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations.This role will include working alongside the Service Manager in the day to day running of the service as well as management and coordination of support hours, Rota's, assisting with recruitment of new staff, management of staff, shift leading, maintaining records as well as day to day support including personal care, cooking, cleaning and administering medication.
