Job description

Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative in search of a new opportunity in the Wolverhampton area?

If so, we have the role for you!

Our respected client is looking to expand their Maintenance team.

As part of the maintenance team, your duties include:

- Various small plumbing jobs.
- Clearing out gutters and gulleys.
- To Unblock drains and toilets.
- Cleaning plant and facilities.
- Carrying out various pointing, painting, and tiling.
- Responsible for conducting roofing repairs.
- General building work.

Hours of work: 40hrs per week. (08:00 - 16:00)
Pay Rate: £13ph.
