Job Title: Mobile Service Mechanic
Location: Worcester and surrounding areas
Salary: Salary £31,332 - £34,000 + fully expense company van + £2,000 joining bonus + time saved bonus OTE £40,700
Full Time, Permanent Monday to Friday 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our client is narrowing down postcode areas to accommodate additional Mobile Technicians, further enhancing their successful mobile service. It is now the right time to join and be part of the growing team of Technicians!!
Job Purpose:
- Provide top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
- Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
- Commit to continuous learning and development.
- Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services
During your first 12 months of employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career.
Requirements
- To deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our TrustFord customers.
- Own a full valid driving license.
- NVQ 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Have previous Automotive Mobile Service Vehicle Technician experience.
