We are recruiting for an established Scottish family business in Hillington who are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their operation. Working on a 2-week shift rotation basis Monday-Friday (day shift/night shift) you will assist management in implementing process improvements to enhance the production capabilities, output and, critically, the quality of product into the marketplace.

Key Duties:

• Monitor and manage production KPI’s
  
• Oversee health & safety for production area. Carry out risk assessments and accident investigations.
  
• Quality Control - Ensure production/quality processes, equipment being used, and the working environments are all conducive to producing a high-quality product/service.
  
• Ensure that the production area is clean and that all safety mitigation measures are in place
