Job description

We are delighted to be working with a highly–successful and dynamic manufacturing business in Kidlington to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their team on a 2–year Fixed Term Contract.
As HR Business Partner, you will be a seasoned HR professional, ideally with experience at a global level.

Responsibilities will include:
– Work productively with stakeholders at all levels within the business
– Handle sensitive employee matters in a confidential manner
– Provide knowledge on employment and labour laws
– Support managers to recruit for their teams, assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process
– Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop HR strategies in–line with company goals
– Work collaboratively with HR team, whilst having the ability to work independently

Required
– You will ideally have experience working within internal recruitment, managing a recruitment process from start to finish
– The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and build strong relationships within the business
– CIPD level 5 or above
