Hospital Pharmacist Jobs - Brighton

Flame Health are currently working on behalf of a dynamic, growing company and a wholly owned subsidiary of an NHS Trust based in East Sussex

The company was established in order to improve the quality of services offered to patients. Initially focused on outpatient pharmacy dispensing, the company has added a number of other service lines to its portfolio, including vaccination and Stop smoking services
This forward thinking company has an ambitious 5 year view which includes a business development plan focused on winning contracts for other services and locations within NHS Trusts and elsewhere.

Flame Health are looking for an outstanding Pharmacist that can evidence great leadership, people and communication skills to work within this hospital flagship pharmacy. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy community (or outpatient) pharmacy and work as part of a team that includes: other pharmacists, ACT’s, Pharmacy Technicians, Dispensers and Counter Assistants.

You will be patient-centred, have sound clinical knowledge and be a real ‘people person’, but at the same time have an acute attention to detail and be driven by reaching targets and deadlines and striving to provide the best possible service to your patients.
Working within a busy dispensary you will be involved in managing a variety of workloads, delegating tasks where appropriate, and being a positive role model to the rest of the team whilst maintaining or exceeding your key performance indicators set as a marker of the service provided alongside the manager 

The ideal person would be committed to delivering services which maximise patient benefit and deliver a high quality experience.

You will be fully supported by the Superintendent Pharmacist and senior management team as well as your team of pharmacists
