Salary £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Aberdeen

Main Responsibilities:

* Receiving inquiries, review of customers commercial and technical specifications, supplying quotations and generating customer orders
* Liaise with the customer on product performance and requirements.
* Comply with the requirements of the company's OHS and quality policies and procedures.
* Raise safety matters and concerns and attend safety committee meetings as a part of the front office group.
* Support the Production and Service facility
* Expedite orders and inform the customer of revised delivery dates.
* Establish strong personal relationships with the customers. Troubleshoot problems and assist wherever possible in the rectification of the situation

Minimum Qualifications:

* Previous Inside sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills and experience in technical writing.
* Effective organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Work for Windows and Excel computer software.
* SAP expertise or expertise in a computerised inventory management system (desirable)
* Knowledge of valves would be a bonus
