Job description
A very exciting opportunity has become available for a customer focused Contact Lens Optician to manage and develop the contact lens side of the business.
There is a very friendly and welcoming team in place, who all work for each other to deliver the highest levels of customer care.
You will be working in a mobile role travelling to several practices in the Royston area all of which busy stores surrounded by a very supportive and small close-knit team who will be with alongside and with you to help in whatever area needed.
Responsibilities of the Contact Lens Optician The role will entail contact lens fittings, taking care of your patents and managing your clinics effectively as well as occasional dispensing spectacles to all levels.
You will also be developping the contact lens side of the business helping to improve the number of contact lens appointments and growing this side of the business.
Need to be fully qualified as a Contact Lens Optician and have experience within a busy practice.
Need to be fully aware of the contact lens side of the business, comfortable managing clinics and ideally have experience in management.
You will be on hand to help junior members of the team with any difficult questions and general trouble shooting.
As a member of the stores clinical team you will have a valued input with best practice and clinical compliance.
