As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers in delivering lessons, providing individual and small group support, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary Scale: £75-£100
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As a Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Support the implementation of behavior management strategies.
- As a Teaching Assistant you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
- Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
