An exciting new opportunity in Dorchester/Portesham.

Do you have an admin & reception/ customer service background?

Are you looking for an immediate start work in Dorchester and Dorchester area? (Full or Part Time).

We've got a role just for you!

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant for an immediate start, temp to perm assignment.

The ideal candidate would have relevant experience, good computer skills, and a good telephone manner but a full, role relevant training will be given.

It's a Monday to Friday role - rota-based (some flexibility in working hours can be offered for the right candidate).

£11.44 p/h

Your responsibilities would include:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Using the system and database to make, change, and update appointments
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical/ admin duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient in data entry, administrative procedures, and office management systems
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Good IT Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

It's a very flexible role in which either part-time or full-time hours can be offered.

You'd be based permanently in Dorchester branch, however, you'd be required to work in Portesham location when the need arises.
