The Communications and Marketing Officer will support our overall goals and strategic objectives by:

Developing and delivering diverse range of communications and marketing plans
Supporting a range of websites using different platforms (including WordPress) and provide web analytics reports.
Supporting brand development and proposition through various marketing and digital channels
Creating content for social media campaigns across multiple platforms e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, with sensitivity to differing audience and campaign needs.
Championing a Business Partnering approach to work with key stakeholders to support both internal and external communications.
Telling compelling stories to promote the Council's vision and priorities in a narrative that speaks to our customers, partners, and residents.
Supporting the Council and residents with crisis communications
