Dive into a role where you’ll identify knowledge gaps, weave captivating content, and orchestrate a top-tier training plans that set the bar high for onboarding and ongoing development.

This full-time role offers hybrid working, with a salary of £60,000 + Car (Hybrid or Electric) / Allowance, Pension, 33 days leave.

Responsibilities:

• Concoct engaging content for in-person classroom training and virtual workshops.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and in-house talent teams to orchestrate effective onboarding experiences.
• Lead the business towards a culture of perpetual learning and development within our dynamic organisation.
• Design and deliver sales training for new starters, harmonising with Sales Support.
• Direct induction programs, ensuring new talent has a seamless transition to stardom.
• Stay attuned to external markets, maintaining best practices in training delivery.
• Collaborate with key leaders, composing training masterpieces that meet the unique needs of the business.
• Conduct ongoing Training Needs Analysis, providing feedback to hiring managers.
• Keep the training repertoire fresh, ensuring it resonates with the ever-evolving business requirements.
• Act as an ambassador for the company values on various online stages.

Education/Experience:

• Degree-level education or equivalent senior-level learning and development/training experience.
• CIPD L&D qualification or equivalent
• Experience orchestrating new business sales-focused training in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to compose training programs that hit all the right notes for maximum learning potential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, from face-to-face to virtual concertos.
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points for familiarity with LMS/training packages.
