Head of Sales
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join our client in Romsey. This a hybrid role based in the office 1 day a week with client and site visits 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the account management and business development teams to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- Create and execute strategic account plans.
- Oversee bid management processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and regularly monitor progress.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations providing insights into sales performance and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure sales activities align with the company's objectives.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets and building high–performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Experience in the FM industry or similar sector is desirable.
