Sales Team Leader
Loughborough
£32,000 - £36,000 DOE
Fabric Recruitment are pleased to be supporting one of our long-standing clients in the Loughborough area with a new position within the business. The main purpose of this position will be supporting the sales team during day-to-day activities and assisting with the implementation of new strategies.
Description of the role:
- Work with the team to organise departmental workload.
- Responsible for the supervision of the sales team.
- Monitoring and reporting department KPI's.
- Develop ways to increase quote conversions.
- Providing suitable alternatives to clients and upsell where appropriate.
- Providing support and cover within the team.
- Responsible for meeting targets, deadlines, and company objectives.
- Represent the department/business in internal meetings.
- Actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support HR activities for direct reports i.e., Performance & Development Reviews, Absence Management, 1:1 Meetings, Holiday Management & Approval, etc.
About you:
- Previous experience within a team leader position
- Experienced within sales and customer quoting
- Good IT skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
