Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our financial operations. This is a key role within our organisation, and we are looking for someone who is proficient in office administration, data entry, and has strong organisational skills.

```Responsibilities``` - Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies - Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting financial information into computerized systems - Organise and maintain financial records and documents - Prepare financial reports and statements as needed - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks . Manage the staff rota ensuring a safe ratio of staff to clients.

```Experience``` - Proven experience in office administration or related roles - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and computerised systems - Familiarity with financial software such as Zero is preferred - Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
