Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bromsgrove - hybrid working
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
The Company
A major construction company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work in their office in Bromsgrove as part of their team on several projects in the water sector. This is a hybrid working role and is a great opportunity to work for an established business that operates in multiple sectors.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working on an existing framework supporting either civils or M&E projects. Typical project values are between £1m - £10m in size.
The Person
To be successful in the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll need have experience of a similar role within an engineering organisation using NEC3 or NEC4. Experience in the civils or M&E sector would be looked upon favourably.
The Package
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be on a salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience and is available on a hybrid working arrangement.
