Financial Accountant: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire: £50,000pa to £60,000pa (dependent on experience level) plus excellent benefits.

Role

Working in partnership with the Financial Controller you will be responsible for consolidated preparation and IFRS accounting, reporting, and assisting with forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities for the Financial Accountant will include:

• Prepare consolidation entries for the management and statutory accounts
• Consolidated TB at month end
• Consolidation of multiple entities with different business operations
• Ownership of several balance sheets and creating the month-end reconciliation
• Leadership of Assistant Accounts

Profile

• It is essential the Financial Accountant is a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
• Strong technical background with exposure to audit
• Able to support stakeholders
• High attention to detail
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Results orientated, with a desire to succeed
