Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant
Company: ACA Publishing Ltd Location: Horsham, West Sussex Position Type: Freelance, Part-Time, Partially Remote Job Description: ACA Publishing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to key personnel within our dynamic publishing team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, managing tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Calendar Management: · Coordinate and manage schedules for executives, including meetings, appointments, and deadlines. · Proactively handle any scheduling conflicts and adjustments. Communication: · Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. · Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communication on behalf of executives. Undertake light copywriting duties, including drafting and editing content as needed. Travel Arrangements: · Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. · Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place. Document Management: · Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations. · Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information. Research: · Conduct research on various topics as assigned, providing concise summaries and recommendations. Expense Tracking: · Keep accurate records of expenses and assist in preparing expense reports. Chinese Language Skills: · Candidates with proficiency in Chinese language skills preferred Invoicing and Account Management: · Assist in the invoicing process and maintain records of financial transactions. · Support with basic account management tasks and liaise with the finance department as necessary. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role. · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. · Ability to work independently and take initiative. · Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. · Knowledge of the publishing industry is a plus. Requirements: · Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet. · Availability during business hours. · Proven track record of successfully managing tasks and responsibilities both in person and remotely. · Preference will be given to candidates living close to Horsham, West Sussex.Job tags
