Requirements

Civica are looking to recruit a Systems Analyst to work as part of our on site customer team for a client in Luton. The System Analyst will be responsible for leading on the production of BusinessObjects reports based on Customer requirements. The System Analyst will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to the customer by managing, resolving and responding to tickets logged (Incidents, Problems and Service Requests) within Service Levels.

An understanding of any relevant technology, standards, legislation that relate to HR and Payroll is highly desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of creating complex reports seeking a new challenge. Commercial experience of working with BusinessObjects is preferred however we would also be interested in speaking to candidates with Power BI or Crystal Reports experience.

Essential Competencies:

• Demonstrable experience of writing complex BusinessObjects OR Power BI reports
• Experience of working within a HR and Payroll Team (desirable)
• Logical, analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Able to communicate technical matters both orally and in writing to non-technical people.
• Knowledge of HR/ Payroll systems, iTrent experience would be preferable.
• Experience of supporting applications/systems to support business specific needs.

This is a hybrid role and you will be based on site in Luton 2 days a week.
