Nursing Home Manager
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Days - 9am to 5pm
Time Recruitment is sourcing a Nursing Home Manager for a family run care home in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham.
The group have historically been in operation for over 15 years now and are clinicians from the very top; therefore, you can be assured of excellent support, development and a wealth of knowledge when joining this group as a Nursing Home Manager.
The service is a medium sized home; offering 35 residential beds and 35 nursing beds in total the home is a mixed service and you will be supported by a long-standing deputy home manager in your day-to-day duties.
We want a strong people person, an advocate for staff; passionate about training and development of others alongside the following skills:
* CQC preparation and planning
* Staff skill mixing, management and rota planning
* Assignment of day to day tasks
* Weekly management meetings
* Ensuring occupancy remains high
* Auditing, compliance and clinical governance
* Risk assessment and safeguarding
You will be supported in the business management and budget management element of the home; so if you are a Nursing Home Manager looking to learn, develop on these skills and focus on the frontline running of this already CQC compliant service; you will be given the tools and guidance to do so alongside being endorsed for further management qualifications!
We are searching for a Nursing Home Manager with a good track record of home management and compliance; you have a full compliment of nurses and clinical management in this home with up to date and innovative PCS and quality checking systems to help you and the home in your advancement!
