Senior Town Planner Job in Sevenoaks, Kent

Senior Town Planner job available, with a multi-award-winning SME Housebuilder in Sevenoaks, Kent. As the successful Senior Town Planner, you'll be working closely with the land and planning team. Offering a Competitive Salary + Hybrid Working.

This property developer covers Kent and the southeast, specialising in High quality bespoke residential developments, with this continued success they are growing and looking to bring on a Senior Planner to join the land and planning team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting planning applications
• Give advice on planning matters
• Assess the land development against the company criteria
• Attend internal and external meetings throughout the planning process
• Keep updated on local and national planning policy changes
• Work closely with the land and planning teams
• Support the Head of Planning.

Required Skills & Experience

• Chartered RTPI Membership
• Relevant planning degree
• Previous experience with large development schemes
• Experience taking the lead on projects
• Experience with heritage sites would be advantageous.
