Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge as an Associate/Senior Associate with a leading law firm?

This successful and profitable Top 100 law firm has big plans for its Southampton office, which has seen significant growth in recent years. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong leadership team steering it in this exciting new phase.

As a result of recent expansion, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as an Associate/Senior Associate. The existing client base covers an attractive range and includes quality work from various sectors. You'll be advising in relation to all aspects of company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements etc.

Your role as Corporate Solicitor will involve: 

• Dealing with matters, typically transactional from SMEs, larger listed firms and those due to go public including M&A
• You will be advising on top quality work in a very well regarded Legal 500 recommended team
• High levels of autonomy in how your practice is run and developed
