Main Duties - Accessing the community Support with eating and drinking, ensuring meals are finished and making him feel at ease Monitoring individuals condition providing emotional support Assisting when playing activities especially when outdoor Encouraging employer to go out i.e. walking, local leisure center, local community Assistance with expressing himself Accompanying employer to occasional appointments
Ideal PA - Male PA Good communication Experience or good understanding of conditions such as asthma, chronic lung disease, severe anxiety, ADHD, mental health, challenging behaviors, moderate learning disabilities, kidney reflux and selective mute. Able to work independently, little assistance required Experience with working with young individual with learning difficulties Good organizational skills Full UK license Own vehicle Required Patient and good sense of humour DBS Check2 References from previous workplace or current workplace Maintain confidentiality Flexible working hours Local to Brighton Central, Hove Full UK license (if not confident in taking public transport with employer)Own vehicle Honest Punctual Long term Flexible working hours Working Hours 3 hours per week 6 hours a week on school holiday (summer holiday, Christmas holiday) Flexible hours
