Job description

Required to implement, interpret and operate all Employee Services systems in a timely manner as required by the Employee Services Team Leaders. To ensure that these systems meet all legal requirements from Statutory Bodies to ensure compliance by the Trust. The Post Holder will train staff in the use of new systems and systems changes. As part or the Payroll Team ensuring pay is made in line with both local and national policy and within the strict payroll processing deadlines that exist. Dealing with any queries promptly and professionally. Communication, implementation and effective management of projects and systems, including the training of staff and managers within the Trust. Development and updating of procedures and processes for any changes to systems and for innovation within the department. Ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and integrity of any Employee Services systems and processes.
