Optical Supervisor Scotland

Flame Health's Optometry division have a unique and exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Optical Supervisor/Senior Optical advisor to join this Independent optical practice based in the Edinburgh  area.

Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a successful and supportive team ensuring that you perform to the best of your abilities whilst leading your team. 
You will be given the time to offer unique styling consultations and have 
access to an amazing frame range – Face a Face, Gotti, Tom Ford etc 
You will also help with Specialist clinics  

Requirements will include:

• Previous experience of managing and leading a team
• Excellent selling skills
• Customer service 
• Strong Organisational skills
• Be able to  implement new information.
• An excellent team player
• Reliable and trustworthy

You will of course be fully supported and working with a full team of professionals that will encourage and help you achieve these goals 

Role Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manage the team to achieve high levels of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products to recommend 
• Accurately operate the POS system and accounts for all transactions 
• Maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist the customer in selecting frames and lenses 
• Keeping up to date with operational standards and training modules 
• Assist with contact lenses and dispensing
