Job Description
The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans
- Developing training and development programmes
- Assisting in performance management processes
- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Officer should have:
- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
What's on Offer
Full time and permanent role + Sheffield based but will be based remotely the majority of the time with occasional travel to schools + Paying up to £31,500 + 26 days AL plus bank holidays
