Job description
We are working with a long-standing client to find a sales manager to join their team with the overall goal to achieve maximum sales volume, profitability, and growth of the business whilst developing and growing a new customer base.
The ideal candidate would have experience within the steel framing system SFS industry and understand the load bearing market (May consider associated field sales experience within the building envelope, such as: façades, rain screens, cladding, aluminium steel frame systems, dry lining etc.)
Roles & responsibilities:
Work closely with sales department to target potential clients
Raise the profile of the company within MMC
Pro actively identify new market and product opportunities through your Business
Development activities to drive/secure organic sales growth
Work closely with our Technical Team to guide/develop our approach
Maintain accurate records of activity within our CRM system
Work with our Marketing team to develop new brochures and merchandise
Attend events and road shows
Ensure customers are kept up to date with appropriate Price Lists, Catalogues, Samples and
Point of Sale material
Pro-actively represent the Company and its interests
To hit sales targets set by Company board
Grow and train
Attend the HQ at least once a week to attend sales meetings

Commission Terms:
Commission is based on the contracted value
Commission is viable on all claims only upon receipt of payment from the client
Commission is paid Bi-annually
New Clientele - 1%
Repeat clientele - 0.5%
Commission is capped at Sales Target
