Description
- Oversee the accounting and finance function, ensuring efficient and accurate accounting operations.
- Monitor financial performance, reporting on key metrics and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Direct financial planning and strategy development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.
- Provide financial analysis as needed, particularly for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
Profile
A successful 'Financial Controller' should have:
- An educational background in finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc).
- Proven experience with stakeholder management..
