Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to appoint a Junior Accounts Assistant for our fast paced Property Management Team.

The position requires daily communication with landlords, tenants, third party suppliers and the property management team; it is therefore essential that applicants are confident communicators, keen to investigate queries and enjoy working as part of a team.

You will be smart, highly organised with excellent numeracy skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Training and study support will be available to the right candidate, applications from graduates and school leavers are welcome.

The position is permanent and will provide an opportunity for the right candidate to progress in one of London's leading property companies.

Duties will include:

• Invoicing.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Accountancy data entry.
• Processing rental payments.
• Administering move in funds.
• Managing payments to contractors and suppliers.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Processing refunds and deposit returns.
• Investigating accounts queries and finding a resolution.
• General administration.

Skills required:

• Numerate and analytical.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and forward thinking.
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Keen to investigate and solve problems.
• An effective communicator, verbal and written.
• Well-presented and articulate.
• Proficient in Excel.
