UX Designer | Hybrid | DV Clearanced needed | Up to £80,000 |

We are working with a world-leading design and engineering business that uses its technology to help transform infrastructure and energy systems creating long-lasting change. We are helping them to grow their UX arm of the business. They can make two hires in two separate teams one being based in the South West and one being up North.

Due to the sensitive nature of some of the clients you will be working with you will need an active DV Clearance to be eligible for this position.

Your role will involve working closely alongside users, stakeholders, and development teams to improve the delivery of projects and solve any issues along the way. This role is extremely autonomous, and you can shape this role in whichever direction you choose.

If you have experience with the following please get in touch,

• Taking the lead on user research sessions to help capture insights
• Applying a User Centric Design approach to digital and software projects, working closely with end users and stakeholders
• Producing good quality UX Outputs including Personas, Journey Maps, and Blueprints

It would be brilliant but not essential if you have experience of,

• Governmental Digital Services experience
• Knowledge of Government Architecture

The role itself is hybrid based out of either their South West or Northern office depending on your location and offering a salary of up to £80,000 depending on your experience.
